Spicy Spring Rolls

Serves: 30 portions
Crunchy, juicy vegetables with the full flavour of spices & a kick of warmth to finish.


650g mixed vegetables, chopped

20g garlic, 40g ginger, 10g green chillies, ground

1 tsp salt

1 tblsp soy sauce

1 ½ level tsp 5 spice


1. Heat a small amount of sunflower oil in wok.

2. Add garlic & ginger. Cook slowly on a low heat to darken a little.

3. Add 5 spice, mix well. If too dry, add a drop of oil. Cook for a few seconds.

4. Add vegetables. Mix thoroughly, still on a low heat.

5. Add salt.

6. Turn heat up high and keep stirring for 3 minutes.

7. Add Soy sauces. Stir thoroughly for 30 seconds. Heat off.

8. Leave to cool completely before making into rolls.
