How to use I spice World Famous Pakora Mix to make Cauliflower Pakora

Serves: 100g makes 2 - 3 portions
Making Cauliflower Pakora of superior quality can be tricky. Using our World Famous Pakora Mix and following this recipe will make it easy to produce crisp, light pakora of exceptional flavour!


1. Wash 250g fresh cauliflower. Break/cut into small florets 2 - 3cm approx across.

2. Put 100g World Famous Pakora Mix into a large bowl. Gradually add up to 2 fl.oz cold water, stirring well. Add just enough water to make mix begin to run.

3. Add cauliflower. Stir well, coating all pieces.


1. Deep fry in hot oil (170 C-190 C).

*We prefer to deep fry using peanut oil as this produces a light product. However other oils can be used.
