How to use I spice World Famous Pakora Mix to make Mushroom Pakora

Serves: 100g makes 2 - 3 portions
Making Mushroom Pakora of superior quality can be tricky. Using our World Famous Pakora Mix and following this recipe will make it easy to produce succulent, light pakora of exceptional flavour!


1. Wash 250g approx mushrooms. Break/cut into bite-sized pieces (if small leave whole)

2. Put 100g World Famous Pakora Mix into large bowl. Gradually add up to 2 fl.oz cold water, stirring continuously. Add only enough to make the Mix begin to run.

3. Add mushrooms. Stir until all pieces are coated with Mix.


1. Deep fry (170 C/190 C) until golden.

*We prefer to deep fry using peanut oil as this produces a light product. However other oils can be used.
